# Remove EXIF Online agent API

Free browser tools to inspect metadata categories and remove metadata from JPG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, and WebM.

Selected originals are uploaded to private storage before browser processing. The synthetic sample stays local. Agent APIs return public guidance only and cannot access files, metadata values, or the upload library.

## Public interfaces

GET /agent/catalog returns workflows, formats, file-handling facts, limits, and canonical URLs. GET /agent/health reports availability of this guidance interface only. POST /mcp supports Streamable HTTP JSON responses: initialize, ping, tools/list, and tools/call (get_workflow). It is stateless, public, and read-only. Browser WebMCP exposes the same get_workflow tool when supported.

## Registered clients

GET /agent/guidance returns the same public guidance after bearer authentication. Optional workflow selects a catalog workflow. See [auth.md](https://removeexifonline.com/auth.md) for anonymous registration, credential expiry, token exchange, and revocation.

No interface accepts media, local paths, remote file URLs, or personal metadata. These interfaces do not process files. Use the browser tool for processing and review.
